Kove Moto Makes Nepal Debut with Five Motorcycles at NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo 2026

Kove Moto has made its Nepal debut at the NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo 2026, bringing a performance-focused motorcycle lineup that spans from a 250cc twin-cylinder roadster to a 220 km/h inline-four supersport and a rally motorcycle built for serious off-road riding.

The Chinese motorcycle manufacturer is showcasing five models: the Kove 250R, 250RR, MX250, 450RR and 450 Rally. Unlike a conventional market entry focused on commuters, Kove is entering Nepal across multiple performance categories, including naked, sports, motocross, supersport and rally motorcycles.

Founded in 2017 in Chongqing, China, Kove has built its identity around performance, engineering and motorsport. The company entered the Dakar Rally in 2023 and has also participated in road-racing programmes, including the World Superbike Championship.

Kove 250R

The Kove 250R is the entry point to the brand's road-bike lineup. It is powered by a 249cc liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine producing 32 bhp at 11,500 rpm and 22.5 Nm at 9,000 rpm, with a claimed top speed of 160 km/h.

The 250R weighs 153 kg, has a 790 mm seat height and a 13-litre fuel tank. Suspension comprises a 37 mm upside-down front fork and preload-adjustable rear monoshock. Braking comes from 320 mm front and 220 mm rear discs with ABS, while 17-inch wheels and a TFT instrument cluster are standard.

Kove 250RR

The 250RR uses the same 249cc parallel-twin engine as the 250R, producing 32 bhp and 22.5 Nm, but gets fully faired sportsbike styling and sharper chassis geometry.

It weighs 153 kg, with a 790 mm seat height and 13-litre tank. It gets upside-down front suspension, a preload-adjustable rear monoshock and 320 mm front and 220 mm rear discs with ABS.

Kove MX250

The MX250 brings Kove into the motocross segment. It uses a 249.9cc single-cylinder, DOHC, 14-valve liquid-cooled engine producing 40.2 bhp at 12,000 rpm and 27 Nm at 9,500 rpm.

The biggest highlight is its 97 kg kerb weight, complemented by a 960 mm seat height and 310 mm ground clearance. It features fully adjustable KYB upside-down front forks and rear suspension, with 310 mm and 280 mm of travel respectively. The motorcycle rides on 21-inch front and 19-inch rear wheels.

Kove 450RR

The most powerful road motorcycle in the lineup is the Kove 450RR, powered by a 443cc DOHC liquid-cooled inline-four engine.

It produces 66 bhp at 13,250 rpm and 38 Nm at 11,000 rpm, with a claimed top speed of 220 km/h and a 14,000 rpm redline. Despite its four-cylinder engine, the motorcycle weighs 165 kg.

The 450RR gets fully adjustable 41 mm KYB upside-down forks, a fully adjustable rear shock, dual front discs with four-piston calipers and ABS, and a 220 mm rear disc.

Kove 450 Rally

The 450 Rally represents Kove's off-road ambitions. It uses a 449cc single-cylinder DOHC engine producing 51 bhp at 9,500 rpm and 39 Nm at 7,000 rpm, with a claimed top speed of 170 km/h.

It features a large 32-litre fuel tank, 21-inch front and 18-inch rear wheels, and high ground clearance. Seat heights are available in 960 mm and 910 mm configurations.

Suspension comprises fully adjustable Yu An upside-down forks and a rear shock with an external reservoir. The high-seat version offers 305 mm of front and 300 mm of rear suspension travel.

With five motorcycles covering distinctly different performance categories, Kove Moto's Nepal debut is one of the more interesting launches at NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo 2026. The brand is entering the market with a clear focus on performance, lightweight engineering and motorsport-inspired motorcycles rather than conventional commuter products.
